Why do We Need Antivirus, Antispyware and Other Security Software

Why do we need antivirus, antispyware and other security software? It’s because the threats are from everywhere, it can be the virus infected files you copied, hacked website you surfed, virus infected email attachment you opened, application with trojan horse you opened, etc. You might lose your important files, personal info, and other important information if your computer is infected with virus, worm or other malware.

That’s why personally I feel it’s really risky if you do not have at least antivirus to protect the computer. I have used AVG antivirus for several years, and it’s been effectively worked well to detect the virus or worms on my computer many times.
